Most of what we sell is made specially for you, with your names, photos or designs. This policy explains when we can replace, refund or exchange an order.
1. Personalised items
Items printed, engraved or made to your design (for example name pens, photo frames, cushions, mugs, T-shirts, Nikah booklets and boxes, date fix plates, name badges and logo signs) cannot be returned or exchanged if you have changed your mind, because we cannot sell them to anyone else.
We will replace or reprint free of charge if:
- the item arrives damaged or broken,
- you received the wrong item, or
- there is a printing mistake by us – something different from the design you approved.
Mistakes that were in the design you approved (for example a spelling you confirmed) are not covered, but we will reprint at a discounted price if you wish.
Small differences in colour between your screen and the printed product, and natural variations in wood, fabric or handmade finishes, are not considered defects.
2. Ready-made (non-personalised) items
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays the return delivery charge unless the item was damaged or wrong.
3. How to report a problem
- Message us on WhatsApp (+92 333 7888820) within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Send your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. An unboxing video helps us solve damage claims much faster, so we recommend recording one when you open the parcel.
- We will review it and reply within 1–2 working days with a replacement, reprint or refund.
4. Refunds
- If a replacement is not possible, we refund the amount you paid for the affected item.
- Refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days of approval.
- Delivery charges are refunded only when the problem was our mistake.
5. Cancelling an order
- You can cancel free of charge before you approve the design.
- After design approval, production starts and personalised orders cannot be cancelled. Any advance paid is non-refundable at that stage.
- Ready-made orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
6. Refused Cash on Delivery parcels
If a COD parcel is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
