WM Creations makes personalised gifts and printed products in Nawabshah, Sindh, and delivers them to cities across Pakistan. This page explains how long your order takes, what delivery costs and how payment works.
1. How long will my order take?
Your delivery time has two parts:
- Making your order: most personalised items are ready in 2–4 working days after you approve the design. Bulk orders and large items (for example name plates, LED signs or Nikah sets) can take longer – we will tell you the expected date before we start.
- Courier delivery: after dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. Remote areas may take longer.
Ready-made (non-personalised) items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Need it by a fixed date (Nikah, birthday, event)? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can confirm whether it can reach you in time.
Possible delays
The times above are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Occasionally an order can be delayed for reasons such as a machine or technical fault, power outages, a shortage of materials, high order volume in peak seasons (Eid, 14 August, wedding season), courier delays, bad weather, strikes or public holidays. If your order is delayed, we will inform you on WhatsApp as soon as we know and give you an updated delivery date.
2. Design approval comes first
For every personalised order we send a design preview on WhatsApp. Production starts only after you approve it, so the time you take to approve adds to the delivery time. Please check spellings, names and dates carefully before approving – we print exactly what you approve.
3. Delivery charges
- Orders of Rs 2,000 or more: free delivery anywhere in Pakistan.
- Orders below Rs 2,000: delivery charge of Rs 300.
- The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
4. Payment
- Personalised items (anything printed or engraved with your name, photo or design): full payment or at least 50% advance is required before production starts. You can pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. If you pay 50% in advance, the remaining amount is paid on delivery.
- Ready-made items: Cash on Delivery is available on orders of Rs 2,000 or more. Bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa are accepted on all orders.
- Bank details are shared at checkout and on WhatsApp. Please send a screenshot of your transfer on WhatsApp (+92 333 7888820) so we can confirm it.
5. Packing and fragile items
Every order is packed to travel safely by courier. For deliveries outside Nawabshah, photo frames are sent with a clear acrylic front instead of glass so they do not break in transit.
6. Tracking your order
Once your parcel is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.
7. Wrong address or unavailable recipient
Please give a complete address and a phone number that will be answered. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody received it, re-delivery charges apply.
8. Local pickup
Customers in Nawabshah can collect their order from our shop on Court Road, near Fire Brigade, Nawabshah. Please message us on WhatsApp first so we can confirm your order is ready.
