3. We share a preview of the text layout. Approve it or ask for changes.
4. Pay the advance and we laser print your ring.

Production & delivery

Personalised items are ready in 2–4 working days after design approval. Courier delivery takes 2–5 working days across Pakistan, and remote areas may take longer. If anything delays your order (machine fault, power outage, material shortage, peak season, courier, weather or holidays), we tell you on WhatsApp. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,000 and above; below Rs 2,000 the delivery charge is Rs 300.

Personalised items need full payment or at least 50% advance before production by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. The rest is paid on delivery. Read our shipping policy.

Care tips

• Take the ring off before washing hands with soap, bathing or swimming.
• Keep it away from perfume, sanitiser and other chemicals.
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
• Store it in its box when not in use.

Returns

This is a personalised item, so it cannot be returned for change of mind. If it arrives damaged, wrong, or with a printing mistake from our side, we replace or reprint it free. Report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos; an unboxing video helps. Refunds, where due, are sent within 7 working days by bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa. See our refund and returns policy.

FAQ

Is the aura ring for men or women?

It is unisex. The same design works for both, so it is popular as a couple ring.

How do I know my ring size?

Sizes are the inner diameter of the ring in mm: 17, 18, 19, 20 or 22. Measure the inside of a ring that fits you and pick the closest size. If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you check.

What can be printed on the ring?

A name, initials, a date or coordinates. Keep the text short so it stays clear on the bar.

What is the difference between the two boxes?

The normal box comes free with every ring. The premium velvet (shaneel) box costs Rs 250 extra and is a black velvet ring box with a satin lid lining, good for gifting.

Can I order a pair?

Yes. Add two rings in your chosen colours and sizes, and send both texts on WhatsApp.
