Description

This doctor name plate is a 12 x 6 inch acrylic sign for your clinic, consultation room or hospital door, printed with your name, degrees and speciality. It is made from 3mm clear acrylic printed on the back side, so the design sits behind a glossy surface, and it mounts on the wall or door with spacers.

Doctors usually order it when opening a new clinic, moving to a new room, or adding a new qualification. It is also a thoughtful gift for a doctor who has just finished a degree or specialisation.

How to order

2. Send your name, degrees, speciality, preferred colours and logo (if any).
3. We share a design preview on WhatsApp. Ask for changes until you are happy with it.
4. After you approve the design, we print the plate and dispatch it with the spacers.

Production and delivery

Personalised items are ready in 2–4 working days after design approval. Name plates and other large or bulk orders can take a little longer. Courier delivery takes 2–5 working days across Pakistan, and remote areas may take longer. Delays can happen (machine or technical fault, power outage, material shortage, peak season, courier, weather or holidays); we will inform you on WhatsApp.

Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,000 or more; orders below Rs 2,000 have a Rs 300 delivery charge. Personalised items need full payment or at least 50% advance before production (bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa), with the remaining amount paid on delivery. Care tips

Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid rough tissue and strong chemicals, which can scratch acrylic.

Returns on personalised items

Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your plate arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is a printing mistake from our side, we replace or reprint it free of charge. Please report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos; an unboxing video is recommended. Refunds, where applicable, are made within 7 working days by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. See our refund and returns policy.
