Production & delivery

Personalised items are ready in 2–4 working days after design approval. Courier delivery takes 2–5 working days across Pakistan. Delays can happen because of technical faults, power outages, material shortage, peak season, courier issues, weather or holidays, and we will inform you on WhatsApp. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,000 and above; below Rs 2,000 the delivery charge is Rs 300.

Personalised items need full payment or at least 50% advance before production by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, with the rest paid on delivery. Read our shipping policy.
